Free tools and guides for parents
Practical, honest resources from PediaBloom’s therapists. Free to use, nothing to sign up for.
First / Then board
A free visual schedule built by our occupational therapists. Works on any phone or tablet, nothing to install, and your child’s photos never leave your device.
What it is
A visual schedule with two or three steps: First, Next, Then. Each step has a picture and a word, and a box underneath that your child ticks when the step is done. Use the built-in pictures or your own photos, change the words by tapping them, and save boards for the routines you use most.
Your last board is remembered on the device you used, and you can print one straight from the browser for the fridge or the school bag.
Who it’s for
Children who find transitions hard: leaving the playground, moving from play to dinner, getting ready for school. Seeing what comes first and what comes next makes the change predictable, and ticking the box gives them a clear finish.
Therapists and teachers use boards like this every day. This one is for home and school, no diagnosis needed.
Put it on your home screen
Phones don’t prompt you automatically, so it takes one step. After that it opens like an app.
iPhone or iPad
Open the board in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap Add to Home Screen.
Android
Open the board in Chrome, tap the menu (⋮), then tap Add to Home screen or Install.
Boards you save are stored on that device only. Nothing is sent to us, and clearing your browser data will remove them.
Free guides to download
Your child’s teacher has suggested a closer look. What happens next?
A two-page guide for the moment a preschool raises a concern: the public and private routes side by side, what a first assessment looks like, what to bring, the questions to ask any provider, and how to share findings with the preschool. Written to be honest about both routes, including when the public one is the right call.
Preschools and paediatricians are welcome to print and share this guide with families.

Public or private? An honest guide
How Singapore’s public route works, when it is the right call, and where a private clinic fits. Written to help you decide, not to sell you a session.
