Who we are

PediaBloom Therapy (UEN 53503037A), Blk 302D Tengah Park Avenue, #01-153, Parc Point, Singapore 694302. We provide paediatric occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, psychology and dietetics.

What we collect

When you enquire, book or attend, we may collect your name and contact details, your child’s name, date of birth and developmental and health information relevant to their care, referral letters and reports you share with us, and payment records. If you message us on WhatsApp, we hold that conversation.

Why we collect it

To assess and provide therapy for your child, write reports and communicate with professionals you ask us to work with, schedule and manage appointments, process payment, and respond to your enquiries. We use your contact details for appointment reminders and matters relating to your child’s care. We send marketing only if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Where it is kept

Clinical records are stored in Cliniko, a practice management system that holds data on secure servers with access limited to our clinical and administrative team. Paper records, where used, are kept in locked storage at the clinic. We keep clinical records for the period required by professional guidelines and Singapore law, and securely delete them after that.

CCTV

CCTV (video only, no audio) operates at reception, in the therapy rooms and in the sensory gym, for the safety and security of children and staff. Footage is accessible only to management and authorised personnel, is retained for up to 30 days before being automatically overwritten, and is never used for marketing. Footage may be reviewed to investigate an incident or where required by law.

Who we share it with

We share your child’s information only with the professionals you ask us to work with, such as your paediatrician, school or another therapist, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data. We disclose information where the law requires it.

Photos and videos

We do not photograph or film your child for marketing without your separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Our free online tools

The readiness check and the First / Then board run in your browser. Boards you save are stored on your own device only and are not sent to us.

Job applicants

If you apply to work with us, we use your CV, registration details and references only to assess your application. If you are not engaged, we delete your application within six months unless you ask us to keep it on file.

Your rights

You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you or your child, withdraw consent, or ask how it has been used. Write to our Data Protection Officer at hello@pediabloomtherapy.com or WhatsApp 8378 7427. We respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
