Paediatric physiotherapy in Tengah

Paediatric physiotherapy helps children with gross motor development: sitting, crawling, walking, balance, coordination and strength. Sessions are one-to-one in our sensory gym at Parc Point, with padded floors, a climbing wall and room to move.

Who it helps

  • Babies and toddlers who are late to roll, sit, crawl or walk
  • Children who seem clumsy, fall often or tire quickly
  • Low muscle tone, or difficulty with posture and sitting
  • Trouble with running, jumping, stairs, cycling or playground equipment
  • Children who walk on their toes or move differently from their peers
  • Rebuilding strength and confidence after illness or a long hospital stay

What a session looks like

Sessions are play-based: obstacle courses, climbing, balance games and ball skills chosen to work on your child's goals while feeling like play. Our gym gives physiotherapy space that most clinics don't have, including padded walls, crash zones and a climbing wall.

Each session ends with a debrief and a short home programme, because the practice between sessions matters as much as the session itself.

Physiotherapy and occupational therapy, under one roof. Many children with motor difficulties benefit from both. Here, both work from the same plan, in the same gym.

How we start

Free discovery call

Tell us about your child over WhatsApp or a short call. No referral letter needed.

Assessment, if it's needed

We recommend the lightest option that answers your questions honestly. Sometimes that's "no therapy needed", and we'll tell you.

A plan you understand

Clear goals, a session rhythm, and strategies you can use at home and share with school.

Questions parents ask

Broadly, physiotherapy focuses on gross motor skills: strength, balance, posture and how your child moves their whole body. Occupational therapy focuses on how your child manages everyday tasks, including fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing and self-care. There is overlap, and on the discovery call we'll suggest which fits, or whether both do.
Yes. The first session assesses how your child moves, and you'll receive a written summary with the plan.
If therapy is recommended, most children come weekly or fortnightly, with regular reviews.
