Who it helps

  • Late talkers, and children with fewer words than expected for their age
  • Speech that is hard to understand, or difficulty with particular sounds
  • Understanding instructions, answering questions or telling a story
  • Social communication: conversation, turn-taking and playing with other children
  • Stuttering
  • Feeding and oral-motor difficulties, and children who use or need alternative communication (AAC)

What a session looks like

Sessions are play-based and built around the goals agreed with you after the assessment. For young children that means games, books and toys chosen to draw out the target words and sounds; for older children, more structured practice and early literacy work.

Every session ends with a debrief on what we worked on and how to practise it at home, because most of a child's talking happens in everyday conversation with you.

From $220 per session

60 minutes, one-to-one, with a parent debrief at the end of every session. No GST. Save 5% on 5-session packages and 10% on 10-session packages. Same price whichever therapist your child sees. We accept Child LifeSG Credits and CDC Vouchers.

Bilingual families are welcome. Words in any language count, and growing up with more than one language does not cause speech delay. Our senior speech-language therapist also supports families in Tamil, Hindi, Punjabi and Bengali.

Questions parents ask

There's no need to wait. Growing up with two languages does not cause speech delay, and words in any language count. If something is worrying you, an early conversation is better than waiting.
Usually, yes, so therapy targets the right goals from the first session. If you already have a recent report, bring it and we'll tell you whether a new assessment is needed.
If therapy is recommended, most children come weekly or fortnightly, with regular reviews. We'll tell you when your child no longer needs us.
